The Promotion of MSMEs in North Eastern Region & Sikkim is a Central Sector Scheme of the Ministry of MSME aimed at strengthening the micro, small, and medium enterprise ecosystem in the North Eastern states and Sikkim.

The scheme supports the creation and modernization of Mini Technology Centres, development of new and existing Industrial Estates, and setting up of facilities for tourism-related clusters.

It helps enhance manufacturing capacity, improve infrastructure, promote entrepreneurship, and generate sustainable employment in the region.

The scheme follows a 90% Government of India funding pattern to accelerate industrial growth and connect local enterprises to national and global opportunities.
