7. Payment & Transaction Conditions
The Assam State MSME Portal provides payment-based QR code generation services for registered MSMEs. By using these services, users agree to all related terms.
8. QR Code Generation Feature
Registered MSMEs can generate product-specific QR codes including details like product name, MSME name, address, entrepreneur name, and category (e.g., Textile, Handicraft). ASIDC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the QR code generation feature without notice.
9. Payment Requirement
A nominal fee per QR code is applicable as decided by ASIDC. By making payment, users accept the charges and acknowledge that fees may be revised at any time without prior notice.
10. Payment Gateway
All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. ASIDC is not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by banking systems or gateway service providers.
11. Transaction Confirmation
After successful payment, QR codes will be generated and reflected in the user’s dashboard or shared via their registered contact details. In case of failed transactions, refunds or reversals (if applicable) will follow payment gateway or bank policies.
12. Refund Policy
Payments made for QR code generation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds allowed only in case of double payment
  • Refunds allowed only for verified technical errors attributable to ASIDC
  • Claims must be made within 7 working days
13. Liability & Indemnity
ASIDC is not responsible for unauthorized transactions or misuse of payment credentials. Users are solely responsible for entering accurate transaction details. Users agree to indemnify ASIDC against any claims or losses arising from their use of payment features.
