The Micro & Small Enterprises – Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of MSME aimed at promoting the growth and competitiveness of Micro and Small Enterprises through a cluster-based approach.

By supporting the development of modern infrastructure, common facility centres, and shared services, the programme enables MSMEs within a cluster to access essential tools, technology, and facilities that may otherwise be unaffordable individually.

MSE-CDP helps improve production efficiency, reduce operational costs, enhance product quality, and strengthen market competitiveness.

Through collective development and shared resources, the scheme fosters sustainable growth, innovation, and employment generation within MSME clusters across India.

After sign in take your own time to fill up all the requested fields of application form.

Finalize application and once finalized no change can be done.Take the print out of the application sign and send application alongwith desired documents if any.

The state government will forward the same to the concerned MSME-DI for their recommendation/verification and further, submission to the office of DC-MSME, within 30 days failing which the applications, will be deleted from the system automatically.

The applicant is also provided with an option to enter his comments online regarding routine of his completed application, so that monitoring can be done on the flow of the applications.
