Creation of Common Facility Centers including Plug & Play Facilities.

The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (GoI) has adopted the Cluster Development approach as a key strategy for enhancing the productivity and competitiveness as well as capacity building of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and their collectives in the country. The Micro Small Enterprises - Cluster Development Program (MSE-CDP) envisages measures for technology up gradation of the enterprises, improved credit delivery, marketing support, setting up of Common Facility Center (CFC) etc, based on a diagnostic study carried out in consultation with cluster units and their collectives.

Objectives

  • To support the sustainability and growth of MSEs by addressing common issues such as improvement of technology, skills & amp; quality, market access, etc.
  • To create/upgrade infrastructural facilities in the new/ existing Industrial Areas/Clusters of MSEs.
  • To set up Common Facility Centres (for testing, training, raw material depot, effluent treatment, complementing production processes, etc).
  • Promotion of green & sustainable manufacturing technology for the clusters.

  • Existing Entrepreneurs [in form of a Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

How to Apply?

Visit https://cluster.dcmsme.gov.in

Step 1: Register as a new user.

Step 2: Log in using your registered credentials.

Step 3: Fill the application form under the New Guidelines of MSE-CDP.

Step 4: Finalize application and once finalized no change can be done. Take the print out of the application sign and send application alongwith desired documents if any.

Step 5: The state government will forward the same to the concerned MSME-DI for their recommendation/verification and further, submission to the office of DC-MSME, within 30 days failing which the applications, will be deleted from the system automatically.

Step 6: The applicant is also provided with an option to enter his comments online regarding routine of his completed application, so that monitoring can be done on the flow of the applications.
