This initiative focuses on strengthen the professional capabilities and managerial acumen of executive officers within the department through a structured Management Development Programme. Conducted at the esteemed National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI-MSME), Hyderabad, the programme offers comprehensive training on contemporary management practices, strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and policy implementation. By equipping officers with advanced knowledge and skills, the initiative seeks to enhance their effectiveness in supporting MSMEs, promoting informed governance, and driving the sustainable growth of the sector.
