The State MSME Excellence Awards aim to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements and innovations of MSMEs in Assam. These awards honour businesses that have demonstrated excellence and quality in their operations, fostering a culture of growth and inspiring others to pursue excellence and innovation within the sector. The category of awards includes - Best Manufacturing MSME unit, Best Service MSME Unit, Best Trade MSME Unit, Best MSME Unit Promoted by Women Entrepreneurs, Best MSME Unit Promoted by SC Entrepreneurs, Best MSME Unit Promoted by ST Entrepreneurs, Best Export-Oriented Manufacturing Unit, Best MSME Unit from Aspirational Districts, Lifetime Achievement Award

Objectives

The objective of the intervention is to recognize and celebrate outstanding MSMEs in Assam across diverse sectors and categories, promoting excellence, innovation, inclusivity, and entrepreneurial achievement. It aims to incentivise high performance, encourage women and SC/ST entrepreneurs, highlight enterprises from aspirational districts, and honor lifelong contributions to the MSME sector.
