Chief Minister’s MSME Interest Subvention Scheme (Chief Minister's Start-up Fund) (Sarothi-The Start Up Assam)

All the beneficiaries under the scheme will be eligible for interest subvention on credit up to Rs. 10.00 Lakhs.

The Chief Minister’s MSME Interest Subvention Scheme, also known as the Chief Minister's Start-up Fund under Startup Assam, is designed to support new and innovative MSMEs by reducing their financial burden. The scheme offers interest relief on bank loans, enabling early-stage entrepreneurs and startups to access affordable credit.

It aims to boost the startup ecosystem in Assam by encouraging innovation, business expansion, and job creation.

Eligibility

How to Apply?

All eligible applicant need to apply in a prescribed format to the concerned general.

District Industries & Commerce Centres (DICC) official will examine the application and forwarded to the District level Committee (DLC) for approval.

DLC and branch managers of AGVB in the district will select the beneficiaries for this scheme.

On receipt of the approval of the DLC, the proposal will be forwarded to the concerned Branch of AGVB for sanction of loan.

5

Brach will scrutinize the proposal thoroughly for sanction of loan within 30 days.
