Performance Enhancement of Existing MSMEs - Mentorship Session and Exposure Visits

The Performance Enhancement of Existing MSMEs component is designed to strengthen the operational capabilities and competitiveness of existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Assam. The intervention adopts a structured approach to improving enterprise performance through mentor sessions and exposure visits, enabling selected enterprises to learn from experienced professionals, successful business models, and industry best practices. The initiative seeks to create opportunities for continuous learning and enterprise development that support long-term business growth. A rigorous selection process based on pre-defined criteria will be adopted to identify MSMEs with significant growth potential. This targeted approach ensures that mentoring and technical support are extended to enterprises that are best positioned to benefit from the intervention.
