Who can list products on the marketplace?

Registered MSME sellers and entrepreneurs approved on the portal can upload and manage their product listings.

What information is required to list a product?

Key details include: Product name, category, and description Product images and promotional content MSME seller name and contact details District and sector/ODOP mapping E-commerce links (MSME Mart, ONDC, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Can buyers purchase products directly from the portal?

No, to buy the product please visit the product detail page and Click on the link of avaliable external e-commerce platforms where the product is listed.

Is the marketplace publicly accessible?

Yes. Public users can browse and view products without logging in.But, only registered MSMEs can upload or manage products.

Can users give feedback or ratings?

Yes. Users can submit feedback or ratings on product listings, which are visible to sellers for quality improvement and tracking.

What is the Product Authentication & QR Code Verification module?

This module enables MSMEs to generate unique QR codes for their products, allowing consumers to verify the product's authenticity.

How does QR code authentication work?

Each product is assigned a unique QR code containing encoded details such as MSME name,URN, district, category, and origin. Consumers can scan the QR code to verify authenticity.

Who can generate QR codes?

Registered and approved MSME sellers can generate QR codes for their verified products through the portal.

Is there a cost for QR code generation?

QR code generation may require payment through an integrated payment gateway, depending on portal policy and applicable fees.
