Fiscal incentives such as capital subsidies, financial assistance for machinery, and MSME and food processing schemes can support entrepreneurs. Non-fiscal support, including skill development, quality certification, testing facilities, and improved logistics and warehousing infrastructure, can further strengthen the rice processing ecosystem and enhance competitiveness.
