From a fiscal standpoint, products attract applicable GST, while exports are zero rated with RoDTEP benefits; imports of pulping, bleaching, and paper making machinery may attract customs duty with possible green industry incentives. On the non fiscal side, products must comply with paper quality, safety, labeling, and environmental norms.
